Interview
1. The recruitment process is highly unorganized and lacks proper coordination.
2. Candidates are notified about interviews at the very last minute.
3. This reflects poor planning and a lack of respect for candidate schedules.
4. There is no clear communication or timely updates from the recruitment team.
5. Many candidates feel stressed due to sudden interview intimation.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)
