Cognizant Programme Analyst interview questions

The entire selection process includes 3-4 rounds. Initially, candidates were shortlisted based on their resumes. The first round was an Aptitude test with multiple timed sections The second round was the Communication Assessment, which assessed the candidate's communication skills. The third round was a one-to-one SME Interview where your technical and soft skills are tested.

There were 2 rounds - First was Technical interview. Once it got cleared there was HR Interview. Technical was mostly containing core JAVA, Selenium, manual testing methodologies. Difficulty level was medium. It was a online interview
