Best is to search internet for questions and answer them. Decent time spent on interview and quick selection process. Win win for both parties. Offer came in a weeks time. Be truthful and be straight forwrd. Make sure u pull the interviewer to the next question.

As I joined as a fresher I had one round of written and a face to face interview. They have just checked analytical skills and oops concepts. In written they have checked very basic aptitude and logical skills.
