Interview
The recruitment process started with a Pre-placement talk. Here we were told that we had to attempt a Skill-based Assessment & the test scores will decide the selection of the three mentioned roles (Genc, Elevate, or Next).

What happens when we put a return statement in a try block, Will the final block be executed or not?
He asked me whether i know about collections then I said common data structures and algorithms I know but not in too deep.

The first process was online... Followed by Technical interview which was followed by HR interview.
The online test was easy which happened in the platform of AMCAT
The technical reound was really interesting where the recruiter gave me a program to solve

Interview was based on my resume. They didn't expect too much but whatever is written on the cv,make sure you have a good understanding on those topics(eg. Objective oriented programming, DBMS, Data Structure etc) . Besides them, good English speaking skills are always preferred. So, one can easily crack CTS interview if he/she has the given skills.
