Cognizant Service Desk Analyst interview questions

Interview process is usually online and you are asked questiom from a team leader and service desk manager. They ask question about office365 and azure. They are really friendly on the interview process and you will feel at ease.

Had 4 interviews over a period of 6 months. The last 3 interviews were great but unfortunately they never really told my why I did not get an offer. They said their is an issue with salary banding and never came back until I followed up. Their response was, we can look at it again in the future.
