Cognizant Software Developer interview questions

The interviewer was asking only behavioral question and some oops questions. very few technical questions. Interview experience was not good. They should focus more on technical aspects, logic and problem solving skills.

Technical Round (Programming Test): The programming round assesses candidates’ coding, debugging, and error-fixing skills, along with proficiency in technical concepts related to the role. HR Round: Finally, the HR round focuses on evaluating candidates’ communication skills, personality traits, and overall fit for the organization.
