Cognizant’s selection process includes three stages: an aptitude and language assessment, a technical assessment, and combined HR and technical interviews to evaluate communication, problem-solving skills, domain knowledge, and overall suitability.

The first thing in the whole interview process was of course the resume shortlisting followed by a communication assessment and aptitude assessment, which had game based logic puzzles as well. And there was a technical assessment with mcq and coding questions from Java and SQL. Final round was an in-person interview round which was conducted in a college in Noida.
