Applied for the job online. Recieved a call a week in advance to my interview. during the interview asked about my experience and what I could bring to the company. Asked various questions dealing with hospitality, my weakness/strengths, career progression etc. Called back within a few days and got the job.

Interview
It was a very simple process. Since the location was on campus and employed exclusively college students, many of the questions were directed toward availability. Previous experience wasn’t expected or required, but I was asked if I had any previous food service experience. It ended with a discussion about strengths and weaknesses and what I was studying in school.

Interview was pretty standard. Submit resume, then receive call for an in person interview. If interviewing for a position you have previous experience in, you should feel at ease. Employer asked about prior experience, and availability.
