Interview
A lot of pre printed questions. how dd you work under pressure, how do you feel about close. Very coporate. Questions are generated from a personality quiz. The atmosphere was kind of stiff. Some questions i believed did not fit for the position I was interviewing for.

Interview
Was invited to a job fair for food services at TAMU after being invited because of an application I submitted to work as a barista at their on-campus Starbucks. I ended up getting the job but upon arrival at my first day of work I was greeted by the manager with: "Ah, good. We need a man working around here. We've got a shipment coming in for the convenience store today. I want you to break it down and take all the boxes inside." Much to my surprise, I never became a barista at all. I was stuck behind a register and scheduled to work the days they had supply shipments come in for their on-campus convenience stores. Presumably because of my gender. I did get to take out the trash for Starbucks though... maybe also because of my gender? I was also lied to about how much I would be paid in during the interview. I was told the amount for full-time employment regardless of the fact that I was applying for part-time. AND the number I was told was specifically for Baristas, which was way more than I ended up making. Once my pay-check was missing three entire days of my work and I was told not to worry about it and that it would be on my next check in two weeks. I needed that money, I was in college and practically broke. Totally disrespectful and a disorganized company. Stay away.

Interview
Interview process was a lot of talking about ourselves. Casual, so they could get a good sense of your personality. I met with the Director and then I met with the rest of the managing staff. They told me it would take about a week and that was accurate.
