Maybe a one off but a very odd interview. I knew Half way through that I wasn’t going to receive a call back or atleast would be surprised to get a call back because of the energy

Interview
This was a very hard process. First I had to do a 15-30min interview with the HR person. Then I had to do a 30 min interview with the lead designer. Then I had to do a project in Indesign to prove that I knew how to do the work that would be required. It was a 12 page document with a lot of graphics, icons and photos. It took me over 4 days to do it.
I never got any feedback on whether what I did was good or not, I just got a rejection email about 48hrs later. This was really disappointing and wasted my time. I thought since they had seen my portfolio and because I had made it through two interviews, I was well on my way to get the job.
