Every interview I had I thought was going well but were brief. They wouldn’t hire me over something that’s 8 years old on my record. I don’t understand why people who are interested in working are called in for interviews but don’t have a chance. I went through a lot to even get to the interview.

Interview
The first step after my application was submitted, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Then I spoke with the local safety person in a one on one interview. This was followed by a panel interview with the account's operations team. My last interview was with the VP of Operational Safety.
