Compass Group Senior Catering Manager interview questions

The hiring manager did not contact me prior to calling me for an interview. They contacted me at 12:55 as I was coming back from lunch and expected me to interview immediately. I asked them if I could call back in 5 min as this was unexpected. Although they said "yes," no one picked up the phone and I left a voicemail. I called back 30 min later and left a second voicemail. A week later I got a rejection email. Unprofessional to say the least. The process left a bad taste in my mouth.
