1) Assessment ( could be vary. Basically a customer service question )
2) Phone interview ( short and casual conversation )
3 ) Final interview ( you knowledge is about to be tested )

Question 1
You will received an email to do a little assessment. If succeeded, Talent Acquisition will call you for a short phone interview asking what do you know what this job and describe a bit. They’ll ask if you can handle gory and violence including unexpected graphic scene. Basically if you want this job the answer should be Yes with no hesitation. Then they proceed to discuss on salary and previous salary and what date is okay for you to do online interview. Once you finished with the interview, just wait for an email to confirm the final interview.
The final interview they be asking about the policies and what not. So be prepared on that also what is happening to the world right now. The interview was not short it could be 40-60min long. So always standby a note in case you going blank.
Nice experience. They as very good questions about you and how you can add value to the company and work as a good BPO person in the industry. There were 3 round of the interview, each with a different level of difficulty. Each has its own process.

Aptitude, personal interview, technical round.
Its very easy, you get need some basic knowledge and you can crack it at ease.
Do practice some basic aptitude questions and you’l be good to go.
