Not a good experience! Webhelp contacted me with a job opportunity and an interview was scheduled. Before this interview, I had to take 3 assessment tests, and a call simulation. The interview was not terrible but not great either. Everything seemed disorganised and there was a lot of background noise. After the 1st interview, there was a 2nd interview scheduled for the next day, in the form of a sort of Role Play call. I logged in 5 minutes before the interview - unfortunately, no one showed up but me. While waiting on call, after 10/15 minutes I contacted the hiring manager via email and never got a response. I was ghosted and no one from Webhelp had the decency to contact me or answer my email.

Easy and quick interview mainly focusing on previous experience and competencies you can bring with. No situational questions asked. Focus on language level required for the role. Overall friendly and quick interview with straight forward questions asked.
