Apply online they will email you for interview, they do skill test if needed. They will do background check which most of the companies does quite simple process. They might ask you for keyboard skill test to be taken in which you must have 35 wpm speed

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
