I did not pass the interview for some reason but the interviewee is approachable, he encourages me to practice more specially on my English vocabulary like reading books and watching English movies.

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
