The interview was very easy. I was asked about my role in my previous company and why I want to join concentrix. Then they asked me if I have any questions for them. It lasted 20-25 mins. People who took the interview were very nice and humble.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
