Initial interview contains personal information, your highest educational degree, how many rides to get there, and what do you know about bpo and concentrix. Final interview more on yourself, when do you think listening is hard, and a mock call how will you help a customer to install an application

What do you know about BPO? Why did you apply here? When do you think listening is hard? How will you help a customer to add to cart an item in a shopping platform?
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
