Was told to take 3 assessments. Assessments came slow. When final assessment came, I did not get the opportunity to take it. Within 2 hours of the final assessment, I was sent a thanks but no thanks email.

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
