The interviewer asked some of questions. About my family background. What I want to join concentrix. Where I see my self after 10 years, etc. about my family background. My hobbies. Why call centre.
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
