Interview
The first round is a skill assessment round where you need answer multiple choice.
Then, they will send more assessments if you are qualified like typing test and they tell you to record your answers for a few questions.
If you get through, then there will an interview with one of the recruiters.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
