We set up a date and time, and I received an email with the meeting link for Teams. During the meeting, we talked about my personality, my work experience, what the company is looking for, what it offers, and how everything will proceed, when I would start. I was then told that they would let me know whether I got the position or not.”

They asked me about my level of computer skills and how I handle customers. They also presented possible customer scenarios and asked how I deal with angry or dissatisfied customers. They wanted to know what I would say if a customer wanted something immediately, but it wasn’t possible. Additionally, they asked if I have general knowledge about computers, including software or computer basics.

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
