The interview was just a four step process and was not that complex. Initial round- one on one with HR. Round two- telephonic conversation test. Round three- english writing test and the last round was typing test
All through phone call, due to pandemic. The interview were not really hard, however, it was during unpredicted timeslots so I had to be alert. Overall, it was a nice experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Concentrix (Berlijn) in Mar 2021
Interview
I have been invited for an online interview by the Hr in charge of the Netherlands territory. The position I have applied for was actually in Berlin. During my interview I felt we had an engaging conversation and I even thought my goals were actually in line with the company activities. I was excited about it and I was ready to give my best as I always do when it comes to my career. Anyway the recruiter says she was interested in my profile and wanted me to fill an assessment to finish the application. She did sent it over to me I filled it out and sent it back to her and ahaha it has been a month now that I am still waiting for a replay from her. Now, I wasn't applying for a CEO position and the company is not NASA or similar but where is at least the appreciation for the effort and the interest showed towards your company? What is the point to ask for an assessment if you are not able to give a feedback about it? What about the reference letter you have asked for? Not to mention my 3 follow up emails to the Hr, of course with no response. I am pretty sure my application isn't in review anymore as they keep posting the same job offer everywhere. At one point I even thought it was a scam or a joke.
Overall, at this point I think I needed to write this review and I should have probably give credits to the 200 and more already existing online regarding this company. This review does not comes from any disappointment, I am not pissed about it, I do have my dream job now but I am indeed a karma person and I think it is fair to give it back what I received and to be honest I am not suggesting anybody to apply for any position at this company. I am convinced that the way you treat your employees or a potential one is what makes a company great. THIS IS NOT A GREAT COMPANY. BYE NEHA
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very simple questions about customer service. You can actually have a look on youtube about the interview at this company and rule the conversation, especially if the recruiter is busy with her baby while she is deeply into the job interview. Once again, this is not a complain about her or the baby, again I have been very professional since the beginning, I am not sure about her.
