Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Had around 4 or 5 rounds. It was a lengthy procedure. Asked interpersonal questions. Aside from that there were communication skill test, some english grammer, writing and simple mathematics tests.

1) Initial(your background) _2) Commhnucation ( language, grammar, speaking, pronunciation, listening and vocab skills)_3) Situational(billing, unupdated info to colleagues, repeated transfer of call(irate customer), no longer used item, product, handling stress, etc.)_4) Final(phone process)_ 5) JO Thank God!
