I first had a phone interview, then an English test on site, then a moodle assessment, which simulated the job and tested my writing and keyboard skills, and then a second interview on Microsoft Teams.

Very detailed and structured, where we had a conversation about the role and they tried to establish my level of ability for the job, it was good and entertaining not stressful and useless
