Came in for two assessments. One typing (30 wpm) and the other was phone scenarios (i believe they want 80%). They were both fairly easy.
Waited for results, went over results and went through a second interview.

Interview
Walk in any day dressed business casual, must have resume in hand. If you don’t have your resume, they won’t interview you. You will be asked to Take a few assessments if you pass you will move on to be interviewed, you will interview with two different recruiters. Background check however no drug test.

Interview
Fairly easy. Typing test, interview with recruiter, then interview with one of floor managers. They ask you the same questions as before, explain metrics, benefits, ask b if comfortable with up selling, then you take drug test, and they give you the start date and time.
