There are three round and one HR round.
one technical based on OOPs concept and other ASP.NET code
second technical based on ASP.NET C#, MVC, SQL
Managerial round took one hour in which two person joined and asked unnecessary question. Normally managerial round is based on behavior type of question but in conduent they are stick to the question which they knows and very old technologies still I cleared the round.
HR interview happened but later they hold the offer and told to me that the process is changing and that is taking time to release offer. I do verify with my other colleague and came to know that they normally doing this thing.
Completely waste of my time. After 1 and half months they intimated me that they are going to release the offer letter but i got another counter offer letter from different organization. So I simply rejected from my end. Completely waste of time.
