Conduent Tier I IT Tech Support interview questions

It's for a work from home position that I applied for online. A few days after submitting my application and resume, I received an email to take the assessment to test call center and typing skills. Then I was sent an email to join a conference call with other applicants to learn more about the position, then I was scheduled for my 1x1 over the phone interview, then a final interview via web cam
