I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DWS (Melbourne) in Jul 2012
Interview
I found the the recruitment process of DWS a bit discriminatory towards immigrants. Initially I went through the two rounds of Face to Face interviews (nothing unusual. just normal technical and behavioural questions).
But the third stage, which was the logical reasoning written test, was only for newly migrated candidates (which I eventually found out from an external source later on).

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DWS in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied through linked in for a position in canberra. Polite communications from their Melbourne office. However, I never heard anything back after the interview - very disappointing given they made it seem like I was perfect for the position!

Question 1
Interview was very casual. More a conversation than an interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DWS (Sydney) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very unprofessional and unethical organization They do not know how to conduct and handle the interviews. Particularly the most largest branch in Aus. Management is highly unstructured and inexperienced. They do not give any feedback no response and drag the way they want. Do not understand the dedication, commitments and time incurs on interview process and they will treat you very badly as slaves. They do not realize that they are fully dependent on the employee work force as the brutal body shopping company in Australia
