Question 1
De leercurve ligt vrij hoog om te beginnen aan deze positie, schrikt dat je af of is dat een uitdaging?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dassault Systèmes (Kuala Lumpur) in May 2018
Interview
I applied through their website. I got a HR call the very next day. I went to 5 interviews with the fourth one being a role-playing interview whereby I need to coordinate a kick-off meeting an getting the internal team to agree on a timeline and scope of the project. Then there was another interview on the same day called "Mr. Quibbles". Mr Quibble is a very unhappy client of Quintiq. And as an employee of Quintiq, how do you comfort and resolve Mr Quibble's issues and concerns. I had to go through extensive rounds of interviews, including preparing myself for the role-playing interviews and I got the offer only to find out that they cant even match my current salary. The salary they offered was what i earned two years ago. In their website, they boasted that they only hire best and brilliant minds, but they are not willing invest in them. I suggest the hiring process to check on the expected salary from the candidates and then move on to the next level. Dont waste the candidate's time going through so many rounds of interviews only to say that you cant match the salary
I applied online. I interviewed at Dassault Systèmes (Detroit, MI)
Interview
I was contacted by the phone and then asked to come in for a in-person interview. I met with two separate people and it lasted about 1.5 hours. I thought the interview went well and it was more conversational.
