There was a phone based technical interview followed by an in-person behavioural interval. The technical interview was based primarily on data structure and Java as that will be the language they use in the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dassault Systèmes (Waltham, MA) in Apr 2018
Interview
A screening phone call followed by a phone interview and 3-hour on-site technical interview. Developers and more tech-focused jobs have longer interviews but some other positions like in marketing only required a phone interview and no on-site interview. There is no standard process it varies by manager and unit. I learned also to wear what would be expected of you normally just a bit nicer. If you are in legal or sales that might mean a suit but developers should feel okay in jeans or slacks with a button up. Bring copies of your resume or portfolio. Some intern positions for 2018 summer had near a thousand applicants so if you get a call back you have a very high chance of getting the job.
