Databricks interview questions

The overall interview process took about 3 months, sometimes with 2-3 weeks between the interview sessions. During the hiring process, I completed the assessment test and met 7 Databricks representatives. The hiring process was managed by Databricks office in UK. After passing all the interviews steps successfully Databricks asked for 3 referrals. Finally, after completing all the required steps I got an offer with a detailed compensation package. I accepted the offer while rejecting the offer from another company and we moved to the contract step. At this point, Databricks suddenly disappear for one week without answering my emails about the contract setup progress. Afterward, one of the managers I was in contact called me and said that my contract was rejected by the executives of Databricks. It looks like the executives and the managers have a very different opinion or the company does not have clear criteria for the candidates.

Absolutely Awful. Recruiter (Andre) reaches out to me via LinkedIn 3 weeks before asking to set up some time to speak. I get back to him the day he reaches out with times that I am available to speak. I then get ghosted by him and have to reach back out 4 days later asking if there were other times that would work for him. He gets back to me saying the same thing, "let's set up sometime next week, what days work for you and send me your contact information". So I email him back again with new dates and same contact info again. I once again get ghosted and have to reach back out again. He then responds another week later on Sunday, wanting to set up a call the next day on Monday. He then finally calls me on Monday (10 minutes late), only to tell me that the position had already been filled and he would reach out to me again if there was another position available. This is probably the worst interview process I have ever experienced. Not only was there zero communication but due to Andre's ineptitude, I was not even given a fair chance to interview and my time was wasted. And the sad thing is that I have been reading a lot of the interview experiences of potential candidates for this company and this is somewhat of a pattern. Please make sure your recruiters are on top of their stuff because you are losing a lot of quality talent due to very poor execution.
