Hiring Manager will go through the resume and request for an interview to be scheduled.There are multiple interviews will be scheduled and may take longer time to get feedback, due to HR policy and approval. HR people will need to work efficiently to reduce this time gap considering the job is important for the candidate, in the interest of candidate.
