The process was pretty straight forward but lengthy. Interval between each stage was over 4 weeks. 1. Phone interview with HR 2. In-person interview with Senior Manager in the team 3. In-person interview with Partner/Director

It was more like a conversation with the partner. The space serves as a clarification space for us to understand more about the role applied. Interviews only takes place for 1 hour or less. Only 5-6 questions were asked. Was short and effective.
