Interview
I was contacted by a Deloitte recruiter to interview for an audit senior position out of state. This local office had an immediate need for experienced professionals. The firm flew me to their local office where I interviewed with a senior manager and two partners. These discussions consisted largely of my background and previous experience and the nature of the immediate need for experienced professionals.

Interview
Assessment center group interview. There were 8 people in a group and 2 HR for each group. First introduce yourself no more than 2 mins. Why questions. HR will double check with your time availability and your preferred department. Then read a case for 20 mins individually followed by a group discussion of 30 mins and 15 mins presentation. After that HR will talk to everyone individually about the case.

Interview
1. After the application, HR sent a screening form to be completed (fully qualified, expected salary etc.). Based on the reposes, interviews are granted.
2. 1st Interview with HR - more questions about your experience where they can see whether your experience will be of use to the company/ in which department - a kind of a second screening in order to set you up with an interview for the right department.
3. 2nd interview with two senior managers - straight forward interview with no twists or unexpected questions.
