I applied through referral, I received call for the CV I sent to them and then received an email from HR they asked a comfortable time for interview then I received an interview call the overall process was smooth. Interviewer was very kind and generous and she made me comfortable first then asked my overall experience and asked the standards I am good at and started to ask questions.
