Interview
It was a campus hiring process through which the interview process was scheduled.The candidates were short-listed on the basis of an aptitude test.
We were divided in groups and given 30 minutes for a case study and put up a presentation in front of a panel of three recruiters. Also, for whole of the 30 minutes, one of the recruiters was present in the preparation room and silently observing us. After the presentation short listed candidates were called for an interview, which was nothing but a HR interview.

paper based test, followed by gd and then interview... the test was to assess analytical ability. the gd was case based to assess the communication skills, team player, leadership skills and interview mostly not involving anything technical was to assess the client facing ability, fit with deloitte and confidence

Interview
Three step interview process. Interview, dinner, then two additional interviews with senior management. First interview was with two senior consultants who will drill you on every detail on your resume. Next they invite you over for an evening dinner if you quality, after that you are interviewed by a senior manager and then separately with a partner at the firm. They ask questions in a way to see if you'll emotionally react to odd and overly challenging situations. (Hint: keep your cool, its all a test).
