Interview
It was very straight-forward, the candidates are expected to have between 3-5 years hands-on experience. They should know how Cloud works and how on-prem works and the difference in the service etc.
Knowing how to code and how to IaC and examples would make you the candidate as an engineer. Consulting side, you must be ready to work and solve problems on the spot and document and demonstrate your strong communication skills.
