Interview
It was a very enjoyable and casual interview. The interview went for about 15mins and general questions were asked, nothing surprising. It wasn't the typical question/answer interview but a more casual conversational interview which made it less stressful but remember it is still an interview
Was good, asked about behavioural what would you do in this situation. Interview was run very smoothly and the people were very nice. Am hoping to hear back soon from them, the process has been fast so far.
Process included application, call to determine personality fit, group case study, call with Director or Partner. Each stage was an assessment, with emphasis on group case study and how you worked as a team.

It was an easy and eye-opening process for a Big Four firm. Was via Zoom, undertaking a 3-hour procedure of running over what the company is about and then broken into a breakout room to discuss work-related situations. Then onto a 1v1 with a partner.
