Interview
The interview process consists of three comprehensive rounds. The first is a Guesstimate Round, designed to assess analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and numerical estimation skills. The second is a Case Study Round, where candidates solve business problems to demonstrate structured problem-solving and communication abilities. The final HR Round evaluates personality fit, motivation, and alignment with organizational values.

They asked several case-based HR questions that explored real-life workplace scenarios, assessing my problem-solving approach, decision-making skills, interpersonal abilities.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
