Their first step is a group case and is quite structured (first Deloitte presentation > case presentation > +- 20 min solo preparation time > 1h group preparation > presentation + q&a).
Afterwords they start helping you look for interesting and open positions.
Kinda rude since I got ghosted after some time.
The process consisted of three main steps. It started with a 10-minute phone screening to discuss my background and motivation. Then, I had a 30-minute technical interview tailored to the role, focusing on relevant skills, problem-solving, and practical knowledge. Finally, there was a second HR-style interview along with an English level assessment to evaluate communication skills and overall fit with the company.
Start met verkennend gesprek met iemand van talent acquisition. Verder zijn er ook nog gesprekken met managers, zoals business analysts…. Enkele interviews zijn nodig om uiteindelijk een offer te ontvangen.
