I applied via a employee referral and called to be interviewed by a manager. Answered certain technical questions. Then called for a skill test that comprise writing in English and answering questions regarding financial analysis.
Then called a for a partner interview in which whole interview was in English and mainly discussed over expectations.

How would you describe the economical crises in Greece? What do you think happened there?
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
