1) telephonic round for screening with the recruiter, scheduling interview 2)panel interview consisted of 2 asst. managers, one exec. manager, and one senior manager (American) lasted 30 minutes. although it may seem overwhelming, it was rather easy. questions mostly around skills and knowledge. the manager who was American was a lot more "human", offered a glass of water in between. the local personnel sounded like robots., emphasizing "why do you think so?" In fact, the American was the one who asked questions in managing people, specific to managing emotions while getting the work done. I came to know later the the American gave a "big thumbs up" and a wink to the recruiter who was seated in the cube right outside as a feedback for me
