I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (College Station, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
Phone Interview set up with a Partner. I had a call for 30 minutes. I had done a complete background information check on the partner in question beforehand. It was a pure behavioral interview.
I went through a recruiter at my school. She set up the call after initial conversations I had with her. Most of my interactions involved just simple laid back conversations and general topics with me bringing up my skills only when she specifically asked about it.
The interview itself was 30 minutes long with an opportunity at the end for me to ask about the role and the company etc...
It's pretty much an easy interview. Mostly based on the resume. The questions are mostly HR-like: How does your project help the people in a company? Some basic OOPS, OS concepts
