The following sequence is followed for Interview at Deloitte ( I will mention the timeline as well
Telephonic call - enquiry about my interest for the job
Telephonic call - Technical SAP MM/WM, Previous Project related discussion, Why Deloitte ( 1 week later)
F2F - Technical SAP MM/WM, My Aspirations ( 2 weeks later)
Versant Test- Basic test putting your hearing and understanding skills in scrutiny ( 30 mins, same day as F2F)
Senior Manager - Designation offered, my role in my existing firm, some quick questions about myself, CV related questions. (2-3 weeks)
HR discussion - Salary, Offer rollout, bg check ( 2 weeks)
Der Bewerbungsprozess bei Deloitte startet mit dem Einreichen deines Lebenslaufs über das Online-Portal. Überzeugen deine Unterlagen, folgt eine Einladung zum Online-Assessment, bei dem dein logisches Denken und deine Problemlösungskompetenz anhand von praxisnahen Szenarien getestet werden.
Im anschließenden kurzen Telefoninterview mit dem Recruiting stehen deine Motivation und die Rahmenbedingungen im Fokus. Die entscheidende Phase ist das „Choice-Event“: An diesem Auswahltag löst du eine anspruchsvolle Case Study, präsentierst deine Ergebnisse und führst persönliche Interviews mit Partnern aus dem Fachbereich. Abgerundet wird der Tag durch ein lockeres Networking, bei dem du das Team kennenlernst. Verläuft dieses Event erfolgreich, hältst du kurz darauf dein Vertragsangebot in den Händen.

Interview
Online Assessment Center which ran for 3 hours through Zoom. First was separated into breakout rooms for a group activity which involved working through a case study. Then moved onto the 1:1 interview which involved a presentation with a separate case study given beforehand.

Got to the second interview with the partner and another SAP consultant, since it was an entry role, they did not ask any technical questions, more about my education and work experience.
