Interview
First round interviews were conducted on campus. You have two interviews, one with a partner and one with an associate. One is supposed to be behavioral questions and one is just a conversation. Both interviewers seemed disinterested and acted as though they were supperior to me which was especially offputing. Unsuprisingly, I was not invited to a second interview.

Tell me about yourself. What industry do you want to go into? Tell us about a time where you had to work with a difficult group.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
