Interview
First interview with a Senior Manager which was competency based, second interview with a Director which was a case study presentation (time allocated to prepare slides was most challenging element for me) and then a final interview with another Director / Partner.
The final interview was slightly more conversational than the first round as they are trying to assess cultural fit and understand your career aspirations etc., but make no mistake, it is still an interview and be prepared for competency based questions to be asked of you during this stage as a final test.

Q: Tell me about a time where you have had to deal with an unethical situation at work.
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.
