I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2010
Interview
2 one on one interviews with college recruiters for the specific segments. I was with the Tax group because that is what I applied for. They are your typical accountants, both interviewers were kind of socially awkward which made the interview uncomfortable. Also, both interviewers gave false sense of hope by acting like they would be in contact with me about getting me in contact with who I would be working with and their team group. Mostly all behavior related questions, why Deloitte, why tax vs. audit, why the big-four, etc... Don't get too excited if they give you a good feeling coming out of this interview though, doesn't equal an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In a group setting, what position are you in, are you the leader? why or why not?
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.
2 stages
assessment centre and one to one interview
assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end
and one-to-one was more personal and them getting to know you

Question 1
tell us about yourself and why you think this opportunity is benefical to you
Nice, and clear. Began with HR interview round, then had an interview with manager which included a IT based case study for the APA role for en entry level career starter. Process was clear and was always notified regarding next steps.
