I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2009
Interview
The interview consisted of two sessions with two different seniors of 45 minutes each. The first was from a lower senior, with more day-to-day job skills experience, he seemed to try to evaluate how I would fit in with those day-to-day activities. He seemed to ask many more of the difficult questions of me and made me sell my desire to be part of the firm pretty well. The second was with a partner, he seemed to evaluate my fit with the corporate culture and tried to gauge my interest in the corporate culture. The partner did not seem to let me talk much, this part of the interview seemed to be much more high-level, however, I have no doubt he was evaluating me as well as the other.

Question 1
What was a situation relating to your experience (as on the resume) where something did not go as planned?
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
