Interview
Very unorganized and misleading process. Was told there would be 3 interviews and if I make it to the 3rd it is just a “confirmation”. Recruiter told me no consulting experience is required.
1st interviewer made an inappropriate comment about my dress shirt (recruiter told me to dress up).
2nd interviewer did not show up. Was rescheduled with someone else.
3rd interview was scheduled, meeting invite had someone else name than who recruiter told me I would meet with.
After all this the recruiter sent me an email stating they are looking for people with consulting experience. Complete waste of my time!
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
